Activity Log

Who changed what, across the system — read-only by design: it records, it never edits. Open it from Admin Console → Activity Log.

The feed, the filters, and a row expanded to its field-level from-and-to diff.

What you can do here​

  • Read the feed — when, what kind of record, its reference, the action, and who did it.
  • Filter — by record type (Items, Contacts, Sale Orders, Company Profiles, Sale Invoices), action (Created, Updated, Deleted, Set Default, Deactivated), date range, and search.
  • See the exact change — a row with changes expands to the fields: from in red, to in green.
  • Export the filtered view.
