Financial Reports
Five tabs, from per-document margins to statements with a real approval workflow. Open it from Accounts & Reports → Financial Reports.
The tabs
- Profit/Loss — every sale document with its sales, received, cost, margin ₹ and margin %; a row opens the document read-only. Exports as a summary or with line items.
- P&L Statement — month rows across the financial year: invoice sales, purchases, profit, installation charges, expenses, expenditures, and the net.
- Trial Balance and Balance Sheet — a worksheet per financial year with a Draft → Review → Approved workflow: figures track your documents while open and freeze on approval; a year can't be approved until debits equal credits, and every derived head drills down to the documents behind the figure.
- Payment Mode Reconciliation — each tender's in and out against the bank, gateway, and drawer, month by month; the period closes once every tender is checked and agreed.
Good to know
- The statement worksheets accept manual rows for what documents can't know (capital, loans, depreciation).
- Only a draft year or draft period can be deleted; approved ones reopen instead.
