Barcode Labels
The label print studio: pick items into a print list, set quantity, MRP, batch and dates per row, choose a template, and print. Open it from Inventory → Barcode Labels.
What you can do here
- Build the print list — filter the item browser, tick rows, Add selected. Each row carries its label quantity, MRP, batch (defaults to today's code), and MFD/expiry.
- Pick a template — 38 × 25 mm roll (1-up or 2-up), 50 × 25 mm roll, or an A4 sheet of 65 labels. The preview matches the print exactly — set the printer's paper size to the template.
- Choose what prints — company line, item name, MRP, sale price, batch, dates, and the barcode digits are each a checkbox.
- Mint missing barcodes — items without one can be generated a permanent EAN-13 right here (single or in bulk), with the items edit permission.
Good to know
- Printing changes nothing — the print list is scratch space and clears when you leave.
- Generated barcodes are permanent and deterministic per item; an item that has one is never re-minted.
