Customer Display

A second screen facing the customer: it greets them while idle, mirrors the bill live as items are scanned, shows a scan-to-pay UPI QR for the exact amount, and ends with a one-tap rating. Open its configuration from POS Store → Customer Display.

What you can do here​

  • Preview the four states — Idle, Cart, Payment, Thank you — exactly as the customer sees them.
  • Pick the QR store — the Store QR selector decides whose UPI drives the payment QR. No UPI on the store's Company Profile means no QR.
  • Configure offers — up to 10, each with a period, code, title, and validity window; they rotate on the idle and payment screens.
  • Send it to the second monitor — Second monitor opens the display in its own window; from POS Billing it follows the sale automatically: idle → cart → payment → thank-you.

Good to know​

  • The display window pairs with the counter automatically — same browser, no code or PIN — and never goes blank, falling back to the welcome screen until the register connects.
  • The customer's rating tap is recorded against the bill.
  • This screen may also show clearly-labelled sponsored ads alongside your offers; they are image or muted video only, non-interactive, and collect no customer data.
  • If the whole screen says the module is off, an administrator enables Customer Display under Admin Console → Settings → Modules.
